Botanical Arts Classes

Led by Dawn Wright

The classes are aimed at complete beginners and those with limited experience; through structured teaching and individual attention, students will soon be starting to reproduce drawings and paintings of Nature’s treasures. We begin with developing basic drawing and observation skills, then move on to mastering colour mixing and watercolour painting.
All these skills learnt in a friendly and supportive environment.

The classes are held twice monthly at Edith Weston village hall, from 12 noon until 5pm on Wednesdays; some students prefer to attend for a shorter session, or come along just once each month.

Plant Fairs are great places to see lots of nurseries all in one place and to find those special plants perfect for your unique garden.
Plant Hunters' Fairs make a great value and inspiring day out - browse the plants, get some advice, enjoy a brilliant garden and perhaps lunch at a lovely garden restaurant or tearoom.
Entry prices are low (or even free) so you can pop in for an hour and pick up some plants without breaking the bank
